Milk Poached Smoked Cod
Serves 2
Ingredients:

2 cod fillets
-
568 ml of fresh milk
-
Peppercorns
-
Chives

Cooking Method:

Place milk into a pan and heat (you can add some flour to thicken and some white wine to flavour if you prefer)
-
Add crushed peppercorns
-
Add cod and poach for approx. 5 minutes
-
Serve cod with the sauce drizzled over it
-
Serve with pointed cabbage, seasoned mashed potato, and french mustard
-
Garnish with chives
