Mackerel with Bay & Lime Seasoning

Ingredients:

2 mackerel fillets
-
Black pepper
-
Salt
-
Lime (or lemon) juice

Cooking Method:

Preheat the oven to 220°C
-
Place fillets on a piece of aluminum foil on a baking tray
-
Season with salt and pepper
-
Wrap in foil, folding the edges in and over so the juices cannot escape
-
Place in oven for approx. 25 - 30 minutes
-
Serve with salad
