Mackerel with Bay & Lime Seasoning

Serves 2


  • 2 mackerel fillets

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Lime (or lemon) juice

Cooking Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C

  2. Place fillets on a piece of aluminum foil on a baking tray

  3. Season with salt and pepper

  4. Wrap in foil, folding the edges in and over so the juices cannot escape

  5. Place in oven for approx. 25 - 30 minutes

  6. Serve with salad
