Fresh fish delivered straight to your door
Grilled Fish Fillets
Serves 2
Ingredients:

2 flatfish fillets (such as sole or plaice)

1 garlic clove (crushed)

1 tsp garam masala
-
1 tsp chilli powder
-
¼ tsp turmeric
-
½ tsp salt
-
1 tbsp vegetable oil
-
1 tbsp fresh coriander (finely chopped)

2 tbsp lemon juice

Cooking Method:

Line a flameproof dish or grill tray with tinfoil. Rinse the fish and pat it dry, then place it on the tray

Using a bowl, mix together the garlic, garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric, salt, oil, coriander, and lemon juice

Using a pastry brush, baste fish fillets evenly all over with the mixture

Preheat grill to very hot, then lower heat to medium
-
Grill fillets for approx. 10 minutes, turning as necessary and basting occasionally until they are cooked right through
-
Serve immediately with salad or new potatoes
