Garlic & Herb Barbequed Trout
Serves 4
Ingredients:

4 trout
-
1 sliced lemon
-
40 ml olive oil
-
40g sliced garlic
-
10g fresh rosemary
-
10g basil
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Method:

Slice down centre of the under-bellies of the fish with a knife
-
In a bowl combine olive oil, garlic, and herbs and give them a quick stir
-
Place herb mixture and lemon slices inside the trout and wrap them in tin foil
-
Place wrapped trout onto a preheated barbecue and cook for roughly 15 minutes
-
Remove stuffing from inside the trout and using a fork, remove the meat from inside
