Baked Hake with Chilli and Rosemary
Serves 4
Ingredients:

4 hake fillets (approx. 150g each)

25 ml olive oil
-
Chilli flakes
-
Chopped rosemary
-
Salt
-
Ground black pepper

Cooking Method:

Preheat oven
-
Brush hake fillets all over with the oil and place them on a baking sheet skin side up

Bake fish in line with the cooking instructions
-
Sprinkle fillets with the chilli flakes
-
Season with salt and pepper
-
Bake fillets for a further 2-3 minutes (approx)

Garnish with Rosemary
