Baked Hake with Chilli and Rosemary

Serves 4


  • 4 hake fillets (approx. 150g each)

  • 25 ml olive oil

  • Chilli flakes

  • Chopped rosemary

  • Salt

  • Ground black pepper

Cooking Method:

  1. Preheat oven

  2. Brush hake fillets all over with the oil and place them on a baking sheet skin side up

  3. Bake fish in line with the cooking instructions

  4. Sprinkle fillets with the chilli flakes

  5. Season with salt and pepper

  6. Bake fillets for a further 2-3 minutes (approx)

  7. Garnish with Rosemary
